1. Investigate and implement a hiring strategy designed to identify candidates that possess professional skills and qualities of the 21st Century professional in both urban and suburban school environments.
2. Revise job descriptions for all District positions that clearly define job goals, qualifications, essential functions and personal attributes expected of a 21st Century professional. 3. Require all hiring administrators to complete a series of professional development seminars in best practices related to recruitment, hiring, and retention of professional staff. 4. Create and populate a centralized repository of teaching resources available to all teachers and specialists across the District. |
