While typically defined in terms of race and gender, the Brandywine School District focuses on a broader set of qualities to ensure a workforce that respects and includes differences, recognizing the unique contributions that all individuals can make in creating a work environment that maximizes the potential of all employees.
The annual professional growth plan for each employee which will guide the educator or support personnel’s plan for professional development.
Teacher learning that is grounded in day-to-day teaching practice and is designed to enhance teachers' content-specific instructional practices with the intent of improving student learning.
The scheduling of collaborative time for educators to come together to review student assessment and/or other types of data to design and create instructional programming to meet the needs of all students.
